 Options for the tourist

We are able to enable any type of tourist to move and travel freely, alone or in a group, even to people with reduced mobility who are not independent due to physical, sensory and mental or even temporary disabilities, such as the elderly.

We provide:

  • transfer and transportation by means of vehicles adapted to the number of passengers – also vehicles adapted for the disabled from 1 to 7 wheelchairs.
  • drivers, tour leaders and specialized guides to accompany people, even those with various types of special needs: the blind, disabled people in wheelchairs, deaf people and people with special mental and intellectual needs.
  • Transfer and transport with vehicles suitable to the number of passengers – also vehicles adapted for the disabled from 1 wheel chair to 7 wheel chairs.

Itineraries/shore excursions

OUR EXCURSIONS AND SERVICES

Our itineraries last from half a day to a full day divided into stages of 3 or 4 hours.

You can book them before leaving or 24 hours before arriving at the ports of Naples and Salerno and 48 hours before arriving at the port of Civitavecchia.

We will come and pick you and your group from the cruise ship to the port, in front of the entrance to the maritime station, with our adapted vehicles that can accommodate 1 to 4 + 3 wheelchairs and trained operators.

Tourists can choose to combine different excursions or “tailor-made” packages.

Below in this section we offer tourists a selection of excursions already tested and in different versions, developed and tested to be usable, depending on the time of the shore excursions and the psycho-physical possibilities of each tourist, and in particular of tourists with special and elderly needs.

WHAT TO EXPECT

‘Cozy’ means ‘comfortable and easy’ and is the brand that characterizes our tours and services.

We have recently added the  adjective  ‘safe’ because our tours are accompanied – on request in the case of private tours and always for larger groups – by personnel who guarantee safety.

Our vehicles can accommodate from 2 to 20 passengers ,  from one to four wheelchairs and are equipped with wide ramps even for scooters with large branches.

We have in our store the most varied equipment for the disabled that we offer for free. Our staff has been trained within our organization and is expert and attentive to every need even the most serious passengers such as those on dialysis.

There is no need for a reservation with great notice because we have a large network of vehicles and staff from our network partners.

Our excursions are not conventional but original and innovative because we are able to overcome every type of obstacle even along routes that are not perfectly accessible thanks to our equipment and the experience of our companions. So in addition to excursions to castles, churches, museums, palaces and archaeological sites we offer personalized ‘experiences’ according to the interests of the client such as tastings, participation in workshops or musical entertainment or the traditional genre.

We are able to ensure total accessibility for disabled customers as we have personally monitored thousands of sites and proposed itineraries with experienced architects for years.

The only kind of  effort we ask our guests is to respond to our questionnaire or to the questions of the back office worker, because only by understanding our passengers’ needs and desires can we offer the most suitable services and excursions.

Possediamo nel nostro deposito le più svariate attrezzature per disabili che offriamo gratuitamente.

Il nostro personale è stato formato all’interno della nostra organizzazione ed è esperto ed attento ad ogni bisogno anche dei passeggeri più gravi come quelli in dialisi.

Non c’è bisogno di una prenotazione con grande preavviso perché disponiamo di un’ampia rete di automezzi e personale dei partners della nostra rete.
