If the minimum number of participants is not reached or if the request is for other periods of the year (optional) the tour price may increase.

Booking for ‘free date’ trips

– Reservations required within 30 days before the departure date unless otherwise indicated.
– Confirmation of the reservation will be sent within 72h from receipt of the reservation with payment authorization.
– Children up to 2 years of age in Italy must share the bed with adults.
In case you need a cot or any other additional service it is necessary to request it in advance on direct payment.

Booking for ‘collect’ travel

 It is also possible to book as a participant only through the portal (or written to booking@cosyforyou.org or by telephone at +39 3356973981 with indication of the participant’s personal details), selecting / indicating the chosen date, from 1 month and within 7 days before the departure date unless otherwise indicated.

Communications will be sent to participants to inform them of the number of bookings reached within 7 days of each date established with the payment authorization.

Last Minute bookings are possible, 36 / 24h before departure, in case of availability of vacant seats due to renunciation of the booked. In this case it will be possible to pay the payment in cash upon departure.

For cruise passengers reservations are required at least 30 days before arrival in Naples.

Hotel accommodation is offered in a **** hotel. Upon request, booking of one or two nights in a *** / ***** hotel and air or train transfer from other cities.

Prices are calculated on the basis of the price lists in force at the time of the publication of the programs.

The cost of the hotel is intended as B&B and HB *** as per program and is subject to change depending on the time of year, so it will be defined within 72 hours of receiving the request.

– With appropriate notice, further thematic customizations are provided according to preferences (dinners in typical restaurants, aperitifs, outdoor light gymnastics sessions, food and wine events, manual cooking workshops, crafts and music, musical and theatrical performances, personal shopping, fitness , beauty treatments etc …).
