The duration of the tour is 4hs, but on request it is possible to shorten or lengthen the duration of 4 hs.

It is possible to request a different meeting point and different times for groups of 10 people up.

Economic and booking conditions

Partecipants

Price valid for a minimum of ……… participants, in the months of ……………. (Optional).
Groups with a different number of participants can be made (prices on request) .
If the minimum number of participants is not reached or if the request is for other periods of the year (optional) the tour price may increase.
In that case you will receive a notification in due course and we will offer you alternative options or refund the tour price. Further claims for compensation are excluded.

Contractual payment conditions

(as per Astoi contract).
Down payment of 30% of the cost of the tour is due at the time of booking, the balance is due 72 hs before arrival.
Cancellations: if the cancellation is received within 36hs from the day of arrival, there will be no penalty and you will be refunded the deposit.
If cancellation is received less than 24hs  from the day of arrival, a 100% penalty will be applied.

Booking

– Reservations required within 30 days before the departure date unless otherwise indicated.
– Confirmation of the reservation will be sent within 72h from receipt of the reservation with payment authorization.
– Children up to 2 years of age in Italy must share the bed with adults.
In case you need a cot or any other additional service it is necessary to request it in advance on direct payment.
On request reservation of one or two nights in a *** / *** hotel and air or rail transfer from other cities.

Prices

Prices are calculated on the basis of the price lists in force at the time of the publication of the programs.
In the event of a price increase, we will communicate it at the time of booking and before our confirmation.
Customers can request different economic levels of services with payment of the difference.
Entrance tickets for disabled and accompanying persons are free or discounted.

-Any type of food allergy or special need must be communicated from the time of booking.
– With appropriate notice, further thematic customizations are provided according to preferences (dinners in typical restaurants, aperitifs, outdoor light gymnastics sessions, food and wine events, manual cooking workshops, crafts and music, musical and theatrical performances, personal shopping, fitness , beauty treatments etc …).
